4小结与展望
运动员大脑的研究表明,运动相关活动和高级认知加工过程是受到长期感知和运动训练灵活调节的。这些研究结果表明,人类大脑的神经活动具有可塑性,而且不同的运动项目要求不同的运动认知活动;因此,研究不同项目运动之间的差异及大脑结构、功能与训练强度、时间之间的相关性可能是未来的研究方向。要证实这种现象的神经机制,势必要借助神经生理学和神经影像学的发展。
