　　【Abstract】ThepreschooleducationinFranceishighlydevelopedand100%ofchildrenaged3-5haveenrolledinkindergartens.ThereisaperfectkindergartenteacherqualityassurancesysteminFrance.Kindergartenteachersbelongtocivilservantsandtheyenjoyfavorablesalaryandsocialsecurity；theentryqualificationofkindergartenteachersisstrict，andthepreparationandtrainingsystemisconsummate；thereisauniqueflowmechanismbetweenkindergartenandprimaryschoolteacherswhichensuretheteachers’careeridentity；thedistinctivefiscalinvestmentsystemprovideseconomicbaseforteacherqualityassurancesystem.TheFrenchkindergartenteacherqualityassurancesystemprovidesinspirationfortheassuranceofkindergartenteacherqualityinChina.
